<p id="">Lauren Auer is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She is the owner of Steadfast Counseling, which is a private practice that specializes in all forms of trauma. Lauren utilizes a variety of therapy modalities which offer the benefit of full body, mind, and nervous system healing. She doesn’t believe in a one size fits all approach. She always strives to get to know the full person so she can work collaboratively to make therapy effective, engaging and even fun. Lauren obtained her Masters Degree from a Christian university which equipped her to integrate spiritual and biblical wisdom with psychology. Before opening her private practice, Lauren spent her career working in a variety of roles in mental health agencies and gaining a full perspective on how trauma effects a variety of populations, ages, stages, and roles.</p>
