Rebecca was born and raised in central California, and moved to Tennessee in the summer of 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. She is currently an Ops Admin and Graphic Artist for a studio in Franklin, TN, but finds herself spending her free time writing and pondering stories in coffee shops.
She received her BA in Cinema and Media Arts in 2019 from Biola University, and has more than ten years experience serving on church Tech Teams. She moved back home after graduating college in order to rediscover where God was directing her path, to eventually follow her family to Tennessee and discover how much she loved the slower pace of southern living.
Rebecca has a very close relationship with her mother, whom she sees as her role model in life, and two older sisters to whom she’s grown very close to after what they saw as children. It is through these strong women Rebecca grew up with that she feels called to speak to women her age, encouraging and empowering them to find themselves in God and in the Father’s love, despite their pasts or circumstances.
